My name is Samantha Lehman. I am 17 years old. I will tell you a little bit about myself and goals in life. I have two siblings, both older than me. I have a sister, Bridgette, who is 28 years old, and I have a brother, Steven, who is 22 years old. Both of them have set high academic standards for me that I feel I must live up to. I believe I try hard enough every day to try and set myself up to get in my dream schools; I will admit that I have days that I slack off and give up at points. However, the feeling that you get when you put all your hard work into studying for a test and end up receiving a high score, is a feeling that keeps me driven to work harder. I am known to be pretty quiet and shy. I believe I am not quiet because I am afraid to speak up, but to listen to the other person and think about what they are saying and I think that comes with being shy. Definitely one of my strengths would be organization. I always get my work done and keep everything organized which allows me to be good at time management and makes me for a more reliable person. I have a couple main colleges in mind that I would like to attend. Some being Virginia Tech, Penn State, University of Delaware, University of South Carolina, and University of Maryland. I know all of those colleges are in more a reach, but I really have my mind set for a big college in a suburban setting. As of right now, I want to apply to colleges as business undecided. The reason being, I am interested in a lot of business majors and I feel like I need a year to get a feel for what type of business I like and give myself the best opportunities for success. I also want to get more involved in school before senior year ends, just so I can put myself out there and get more social interactions with business. I believe I have worked hard these past three years and I will continue to do so, until success is reached for me.
